Consultant Clinical Psychologist specialising in ADHD, procrastination and perfectionism
I work with professionals and high-functioning adults who feel stuck in cycles of procrastination, overthinking, avoidance, and perfectionism, and who struggle to consistently follow through on important goals.
Many are functioning well externally yet experience a persistent gap between knowing what they need to do and being able to act on it consistently. Over time, this can lead to frustration, self-criticism, anxiety, and a sense of underachievement that affects work, relationships, and wellbeing.
Therapy is not about pushing harder. It is about understanding what is maintaining these difficulties and finding ways to work towards changes that are sustainable over time.
My work combines psychological insight with practical, structured strategies and techniques. We focus on understanding the mechanisms that maintain procrastination, overthinking, and perfectionism, helping to create change that is sustainable over the longer term.
I have extensive experience supporting adults with ADHD, including through my work within National Specialist ADHD services. I support adults in understanding how ADHD affects attention, motivation, and executive functioning, and in developing strategies that improve consistency in everyday life. I also work with individuals without a formal diagnosis who recognise similar patterns in their functioning.
All sessions are delivered remotely across the UK.
