I am a HPCP-Registered Consultant Clinical Psychologist and ADHD Specialist.
I provide psychological therapy and consultation to individuals experiencing a wide range of challenges. I aim to offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to each person's unique needs. I can help you understand and reflect on your experiences, and work with you to develop practical strategies that promote positive change in your thoughts, behaviours, and relationships.
I specialise in supporting adults who have an ADHD diagnosis, helping them make sense of what it means and find practical strategies to overcome their difficulties. I also work with people who don’t yet have a formal diagnosis but feel that ADHD-traits may be affecting their daily life, relationships, or wellbeing.
My therapy is delivered remotely, so you can get the help you need, wherever you are.
About Me
I have over 15 years’ experience working as a Clinical Psychologist in both the NHS and private practice. I have worked within the National Adult ADHD and Autism Service in London and have specialist training in working therapeutically with individuals who have ADHD or ADHD-related traits.
I began my private practice in 2017 and now work remotely with adults across the UK. Alongside my ADHD work, I provide therapy and consultation to individuals experiencing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, panic disorder, low self-esteem, health anxiety, procrastination, perfectionism, anger, and stress.
I am trained in several evidence-based therapeutic modalities, with specialist expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).
