I am an HCPC-Registered Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience across the NHS and private practice.
I have worked in specialist NHS services, including the National Adult ADHD Service at the Maudsley Hospital in London, where I developed expertise in psychological intervention for adults with ADHD. This work continues to inform my understanding of how attentional and executive functioning differences affect organisation, follow-through, and the pursuit of longer-term goals.
I established my private practice in 2017 and work remotely with adults across the UK.
In private practice, I work particularly with adults experiencing procrastination, perfectionism, overthinking, avoidance, and difficulties translating intentions into consistent action, whether these occur alongside ADHD or in their own right.
My clinical background spans a broad range of adult psychological presentations, alongside specialist work in ADHD. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and mindfulness-based approaches, which I integrate flexibly depending on individual needs.
My aim in therapy is to provide a clear, structured, and psychologically informed space where difficulties can be understood in a way that leads to meaningful and sustainable change.
